service, disclosing to or sharing your password with any third parties or using your password for any unauthorized purpose.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, using or attempting to use any engine, software, tool, agent or other
device or mechanism (including without limitation browsers, spiders, robots, avatars, or intelligent agents) to gain other services from
ROFLMAO Ltd.

Attempting to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part
of the service.

ROFLMAO Ltd does not represent or guarantee the accuracy, or reliability of communications. You acknowledge that any reliance on
claims posted by other users will be at your own risk. ROFLMAO Ltd is not responsible for screening or monitoring material accessed by
users. If notified by a user of communications that allegedly do not conform to these Terms and Conditions, ROFLMAO Ltd may
investigate the allegation and determine in good faith and its sole discretion whether to remove or request the removal of the
communication. ROFLMAO Ltd makes no warranty and disclaims all liability to users for performance or nonperformance of such
activities.

MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION GIVEN BYROFLMAO Ltd, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR
RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES SHALL MODIFY THE FOREGOING OR CREATE ANY WARRANTY. ROFLMAO Ltd EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY
THAT THE INFORMATION ON THIS SYSTEM OR ON THE INTERNET GENERALLY WILL BE UNINTERRUPTIBLE OR ERROR- FREE OR THAT ANY
INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, OR OTHER MATERIAL ACCESSIBLE FROM THE SYSTEM IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOU
SHALL HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO RECOURSE AGAINST US AS THE SYSTEM PROVIDER FOR ANY ALLEGED OR ACTUAL INFRINGEMENT OF ANY
PROPRIETARY RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE IN ANYTHING YOU POST ON OUR SYSTEM.

ROFLMAO Ltd DOES NOT ASSUME ANY LEGAL LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY
INFORMATION, APPARATUS, PRODUCT, SOFTWARE, OR PROCESS USED OR DISCLOSED ON THE SYSTEM OR ANY OTHER MATERIAL ACCESSIBLE
FROM THE SYSTEM. IN NO EVENT SHALL ROFLMAO Ltd BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF THIS SYSTEM OR WITH THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO
USE IT (OR ANY LINKED SITES), OR FOR ANY INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH THIS SYSTEM, OR
OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THIS OF THIS SYSTEM, THE INTERNET GENERALLY OR ON ANY OTHER BASIS (WHETHER BASED ON
CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF ROFLMAO Ltd HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES.

BECAUSE SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL
DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IF THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OR THE EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY SET FORTH
ABOVE IS HELD INAPPLICABLE OR UNENFORCEABLE FOR ANY REASON, THEN ROFLMAO Ltd’s MAXIMUM LIABILITY FOR ANY TYPE OF DAMAGES
SHALL BE LIMITED TO U.S. ONE HUNDRED FIFTY UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($150.00 U.S.).

Termination
ROFLMAO Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pursue all of its legal remedies, including but not limited to deletion of your postings and
immediate termination of your registration with or ability to access the service provided to you by ROFLMAO Ltd, upon any breach by you of these Terms
and Conditions or if ROFLMAO Ltd is unable to verify or authenticate any information you submit.

Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ROFLMAO Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, actions or
demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of the material or your breach of the terms
of these Terms and Conditions.

Enforcement/Interpretation
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of TEXAS without giving effect to any principles of
conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or inequity arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be filed only in the state court
located in Brazoria County Texas, or in federal courts located in the State of Texas, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such
courts for the purpose of litigating any such action, including, but not limited to any contact you have with the ROFLMAO Ltd’s system. If any provision of
these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and
conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

ROFLMAO Ltd reserves all of its rights at law and equity against you in the case of a breach of these terms and conditions.

Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions represent the entire binding agreement between ROFLMAO Ltd, its successors, assigns, and you. These terms and conditions
supersede any prior agreements, understandings, representations or warranties between ROFLMAO Ltd and you regarding the fitness of the
system, or any other software, products or content you may access over the ROFLMAO system. This agreement shall be admissible, in
printed form, in any judicial or administrative proceedings arising out of, or related in any way to, this agreement.

ROFLMAO Reserves the right to refuse service to any one at any time for any reason!

Any Software provided on a system is provided with out warranty of any kind, CD or DVD material will not be sold or
given with any system!
